On the road again!
Hey guys! Here are a few photo's to go with the email!
Its been an amazing few weeks - photo's just dont do it justice but i'll give it a go!!
1. The worlds biggest glass structure is a cone at the top of Melbourne's central shopping centre. Inside the cone is the old lead shot tower - pretty impressive stuff!
2. The 12 aposltes - well actually there are only 11 now as one fell down in July but some are under the water so you can only see a few! typically it started rainign just as we got to them. We hired a car for the weekend and drove the great ocean road and did philip island to see the penguins which was awesome. We had beautiful weather right up until then!
3. London bridge - another cool natural thingy on the great ocean road!
4. Ramsay Street - this was the best picture I could get as they were filming but you can see how small it is! I'll try and get some better ones when we go down tomorrow.
5. Kata Tjuta (Olgas) These were amazing. The views and surroundings were like nothing i've ever seen before. I would go back there tomorrow. You can see my two italian friends climbing up the hill - hard work but well worth it!
6. Ayres Rock - what more can I say?!
7. melbourne at night! The skyline here is pretty spectacular. This was taken on the banks of the Yarra river outside the casino building. We had just seen Wolf Creek and I needed to calm myself down so took pretty pictures! Just as I took it, the water towers behind me erupted into massive gas balls! Every hour, on the hour the water sculture things do a gas show which is amazing but scared the life out of me!
